Professional, experienced ERP application consultants and technical support expert teams from SIE satisfies face to face and on site support needs at any time during system trial operation, implementation and application. They analyze problem and solve problem on operation site. According to customer situation, responding and reaching time will be 1 to 12 hours.

Network service

Customer can access SIE’s professional service website(http://www.chinasie.com). SIE technical engineer will solve problems and offer technical consultancy of relative software:

1、Propose question inquiry, SIE will answer in time;

2、Establish problem solving Library, customer can use known information to search solution needed in problem solving Library.

3、Analyze problem request, all problem and solution can be exported or make graphical analytics directly.

Remote service

Based on guaranteeing hotline service and on-site service, SIE offers more quick, accurate and wider remote service via network platform. Remote service will become important method of SIE after sale service.

1、Remote maintenance: Control users’ computer desktop via network platform and remote control software (QQ), offer real time problem analytics or application guide.

2、Data maintenance: Collect customer data which with problem and restore through network so as to quickly get rid of customer data failure. Analyzing and explaining the problem to avoid similar issues occurred.

3、Network knowledge library: Offering knowledge search for registered users and helping customer to search solution themselves through building network product knowledge library.

4、Online upgrade: Download center on the website offers relative patch, upgrade tools and maintenance tools to help customer maintain themselves and upgrade the system.

5、Online question: SIE technical staff communicates with customer in real time online by network communication platform and they offer real time help. Customer can propose function requirement through requirement feedback so that we will supply SIE solution according to customer requirements.

6、Dedicated customer feedback email address: Customer can make business consultancy, complaint and other activities through customer feedback email address.

On-site Long-term Service
